A new online platform is being introduced to improve the experience for License to Carry holders. The platform, called RSD Connect, is set to launch in October 2026. It will serve over 1.4 million License to Carry holders and will also move Capitol Access Pass applications online.
RSD Connect is a unified licensing and compliance platform. It is being launched by Texas DPS Regulatory Services.
