The city of San Antonio has completed a land deal to support the proposed Project Marvel sports and entertainment district. The city purchased three parcels of land from the General Services Administration for $30 million.

The acquired properties include a federal office building and two parking lots. Government occupants of the building will continue to lease the space for up to five years.
